OUR POLICY:
Shipping stone products can be a serious and heavy task and we ask for your understanding concerning the cost and time of this service to you. Size, weight, and fragility all have to be considered in order to get your order to you safely. Our goal is to get your order to you without damage; therefore extra attention must be paid to packaging and shipping of the stone products not ordinarily found in shipping of other goods.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING:
We offer free shipping for orders greater than $50 except in Alaska and Hawaii* For orders that are less than $50.00 a charge of 7.95 Shipping and Handling will be applied. Depending on size and weight, items are shipped via UPS Standard Ground service, Fed-Ex Standard Ground service, United States Postal Service or common freight carrier for heavy or large items. *Orders to be shipped out of the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii) are sent by your choice of UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air delivery at additional charge. These orders are not eligible for UPS Ground or 3rd Day Select shipping. Some products, due to their weight, may not qualify for UPS delivery. Shipping prices are subject to change without notice. HANDELING AND LEAD TIMES:

Orders for items that are in stock and are not customized are usually shipped within 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders that have custom inscription and are in stock are usually shipped within 2 weeks.

OVERNIGHT AND EXPRESS SHIPPING:

Express shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day): These orders are given top priority. Express orders for items that are in stock (excluding customized products) are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Express shipping is available for most in stock items. Items over 150lbs cannot be shipped overnight or express. The delivery time for Express shipping is 3 to 4 business days from date of purchase. The cost for Express shipping is an additional fee (in addition to the regular ground shipping fee). Express orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail or Fed Ex, or UPS 3 Day Select, depending on destination, package size and package weight Since UPS and Fed Ex do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time

ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK:
You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order, or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will be in stock again.
If you choose to remove the out of stock item from your order, a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment.
